We provide a platform for booking tours and experiences offered by us directly in Paris, and by various third-party tour operators in other international destinations.

By accessing this Site and booking a service, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmations

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation unless otherwise specified.

• Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email serves as your proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are listed on each tour page and are subject to change without notice. The price is confirmed only at the time of booking.

• The primary currency for transactions is Euros (€). Prices for tours in other destinations may be displayed in local currency for convenience but will be processed in Euros unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

• Prices are inclusive of all local taxes unless specified otherwise on the tour page.

4. Tour Details and Inclusions

• The specific inclusions, exclusions, duration, and meeting point for each tour are listed on the individual tour description page. Please read this information carefully before booking.

• The information provided on tour pages for our partners is based on information provided by them. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee it is always complete or up-to-date.

5. Third-Party Services & Limitation of Liability

This section is critical and applies to all tours and services offered on this Site that are not explicitly branded as an "Original Scenic Zest Tour."

• Role as a Platform/Agent: Scenic Zest acts as a booking platform and agent for services provided by a curated network of independent, third-party tour operators and service providers ("Partners").

• Disclaimer of Liability: When you book a service operated by a Partner, we are acting solely as an intermediary. The service will be performed by that Partner. Scenic Zest is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, delays, accidents, injuries, property damage, quality of service, or any other damages or expenses resulting from the services provided by our Partners.

• Your Contract: Your contract for the service is with the respective Partner. The Partner's own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies will apply to your booking. Any claims, complaints, or issues regarding the tour service itself must be directed to the Partner. We will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating communication.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by You: The cancellation policy for each tour is set by the operator and will be clearly stated on the tour's booking page. For our own Scenic Zest tours in Paris, a 100% cancellation fee is charged if the booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the tour.

• Cancellation by Us or Our Partners: We or our Partners reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or rescheduling, as per the policy of the specific tour operator.

7. Participant Responsibilities & Conduct

• You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

• You must adhere to the conduct and safety guidelines of the specific tour operator.

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that could affect your participation and to ensure you meet the fitness level required for any chosen activity.

8. Insurance

Scenic Zest is covered by professional liability insurance (Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle) with Hiscox (contract HSXIN320067669A) for our own business operations. This is not a substitute for personal travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability for the full duration of their travels.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
