While “Skip-the-Line” is no longer the official term used by French monuments, our tickets provide Priority Timed Entry. This means you have a reserved slot and will enter much faster than the general public queue, avoiding hours of waiting.

To give you the best experience, the Notre Dame guided tour is the foundation of the visit. The storytelling leads up to the monuments. Therefore, your guide will hand over the tickets and escort you to your chosen monument (Crypt or Sainte-Chapelle) only after the walking tour concludes.

Punctuality is critical for group tours out of respect for the other guests and our strict entry slots at the monuments.

  • Check-In: Scanning and check-in begin 15 minutes before the start time.
  • Grace Period: We can wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the start time.
  • The Policy: The guide must leave promptly to keep the schedule. If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, the group will have departed. We unfortunately cannot grant refunds or reschedule the Sainte-Chapelle tickets for late arrivals, as the tickets are time-specific.
