What is the policy for being late to a tour?

Due to the scheduled nature of our tours and respect for other guests, we must start on time.

If you are late:

* Our guides are unfortunately unable to wait for late arrivals.

* If you miss the start of the tour, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

If you are running late and still want to catch up:

Please send a message immediately to our guide support via WhatsApp at +33 07 45 44 03 88. While we cannot promise the guide can wait, they may be able to advise you on the quickest way to meet the group at the first stop.
