Are tips/gratuities for the guide included in the tour price?

No, tips and gratuities are not included in the tour price, and they are never mandatory.

At Scenic Zest, many of our passionate guides are students pursuing history, art, and tourism degrees. While they are paid for their work, any tip is a highly valued gesture of appreciation that directly helps support their studies and passion for sharing Paris’s history.

Tipping Guidance:

• Tipping is completely optional and discretionary. Only tip if you feel your guide provided exceptional service.
• If you choose to tip, a suggested range for excellent service is 5% to 10% of the total tour cost, or any amount you feel is appropriate.
• Tips should be given directly to the guide at the conclusion of the tour.
