What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my tour?

Our tours are designed to run rain or shine, as the magnificent sites of Paris are beautiful in all weather!

1. Normal Weather Conditions:

• Please prepare for the forecast by wearing layers and bringing an umbrella or rain gear (as detailed in our “What to wear” guide). We recommend dressing appropriately so the weather doesn’t interrupt your enjoyment.

2. Severe Weather (Safety Policy):

• Scenic Zest will only cancel a tour in the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions (e.g., severe storm warnings, flash floods) where authorities advise against travel or where participant safety would be compromised.
• If we cancel the tour due to safety concerns, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Note: If a tour operates as scheduled, but you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy applies.
