Can I change the date or time of my existing booking?

We are happy to accommodate changes whenever possible, though all modifications are strictly subject to availability.

How to Request a Change:

1. Advance Notice Required:

  • Requests to change the date, time, or the number of participants must be received at least 48 hours before your original scheduled tour time.
  • We cannot guarantee changes requested within 48 hours.

2. Subject to Availability:

  • If your requested new date or time is fully booked, we will not be able to process the change.

3. Contact Us:

  • Please send your modification request directly to our customer support team via email (admin@sceniczest.com) or WhatsApp (+33 07 45 44 03 88). Include your original booking reference number and the new date/time you wish to book.

If we cannot accommodate the change, our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.
