Do I need to print my ticket or voucher?

No, printing is generally not necessary!

We strongly encourage a mobile-first approach for convenience and environmental reasons.

Digital Voucher Acceptance:

  • You can simply present the booking confirmation email or the digital voucher PDF (which includes the QR code/barcode) directly on your mobile phone or tablet to your guide at the meeting point.

When to Print (Just in Case):

  • While not required, if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to print a copy of your voucher.
  • Important: Always ensure your phone is charged! If your device is dead, you may not be able to display your ticket.
